The Savannah 800 is a roomy one-story, 1 bedroom, 1 bath house that is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The images here include the optional oversized garage that can accommodate a wheelchair conversion fan with interior ramp into the living space.
About the plan
The great room is essentially a giant flexible space for everything that needs to happen during the course of the day. With room for a pull-out couch and an office desk, and with two kitchen/dining layout options shown, the plan is adaptable to suit your wish list. The bathroom is in some ways the most critical room in the house because so many things happen here. Designed with a dedicated vanity area and a unique washer/dryer layout that is optimized for wheelchair accessibility, the room is fully functional with a wheel-in shower and the usual fixtures. Upsize to the Savannah 916 if a second bedroom or dedicated office is needed.

We’ve found that selling stock plans and leaving you trying to figure out how to get them built is not a good experience. We know there will need to be changes based on local building requirements, and you probably want to tweak things a bit yourself.
